#7.jpg (60478 bytes)If you don't see what you were looking for and have a special interest that is not currently being represented by a student group on your campus, why not consider starting a new one? It's easier than you think. For more information, stop by the Student Activities Office, and they will be glad to help you.

· Complete the "Petition and Contract for Recognition as a Student Organization" form available from the Student Activities Office.

· Request a faculty/staff member to serve as club adviser. Develop a club constitution or amend an existing constitution that addresses specific student needs and services to the campus. There may even be an existing constitution on file for the type of club you desire.

· Submit the petition and constitution to the Student Activities Office for approval.

· Clubs are eligible to receive Student Activities funds after they are officially recognized.
